Ms. Clark’s training programs are custom designed to meet the specific needs of an organization. Janice strongly believes in “the wisdom of the group” so her training sessions are balanced between content education and group participation. Studies show that statistically 80% of what is learned in training is forgotten over a 2 month period unless there is some form of follow up training or coaching after the initial session. Janice works with her clients to make sure that sustainable change happens by designing subsequent sessions or follow up coaching delivered either by Ms. Clark or by internal coaches, mentors or leaders, all trained by Janice.
