My team building goal: Get people comfortable talking with each other, hence creating greater connection between the individuals on a team.

In our technology-heavy world many have forgotten – and some have never learned – how to really talk with and listen to each other.  I have designed a process around the seemingly basic acts of talking and listening. That process is simple and profound ... structured, yet unconstrained ... and allows team members to:

1.    Understand each other more deeply than ever before

2.    Gain a new perspective, allowing them to accept each other’s differences

3.    Experience more compassion for co-workers and management

4.    Desire to help each other during challenging, stressful times.
